This is a cool and colorful dress's wearing by cute J-pop singer Aya Hirano who won 2007 "Best Voice Actress" at the Tokyo International Anime Fair.And we will see her new Anime next year (2010) "Seikon no Qwaser" as Katja.Before that lets see her cute in colorful dress.
